I met Sam last night in the crapalicious hostel O Sorriso Do Lagarto in BH. Sam is the first I’ve met in Brazil who is actually traveling alone. We got along very easily and decided to explore the wonders of Ouro Preto together. What ensued was a full day of laughs, breathtaking views and the beginning of a great friendship.
